Mr. Shearer is fair, just, neutral, impartial and unbiased in the dispute resolution process of arbitration and mediation in Kentucky and Florida. In mediation, he facilitates the negotiation between the parties to enable them to accept a mutually accepted agreement. However, in arbitration, he makes a decision (binding or non-binding) depending on the type of arbitration process selected by the parties. He provides parties with a comfortable setting and offers them arbitration and mediation options to resolve their dispute. Whether its a non-binding mediation agreement or binding arbitration clause, his role is to answer parties' procedural questions, to schedule sessions, and to reconcile and coordinate the flow of information between the parties during the entire arbitration and mediation process.
